Vegas

This weekend was much needed. BYU doesn't believe in spring breaks which can be looked at as a good or bad thing. Good because the semester ends quicker. Bad because come mid-march, I am itching for some time off. Luckily, Britton's soccer team was playing in Vegas this past weekend which was a good excuse for a little vacation. Unfortunately the team tied 0-0, but it was still fun to watch and fun to be out of Provo for a little while. After Britton's game, we were able to spend some time with Britton's parents who took us to the Lion King which was so so so good. That was the one play I was planning on seeing in London but wasn't able to because 7 weeks goes by faster than you would expect. Now it's back to books, books, books, and a city where the weather cannot decide between Winter and Spring.

Zazu was my favorite. If you ever have an opportunity to see this, don't miss out. Also, in Vegas they have amazing student discounts. Surprisingly enough, they were better than London's student discount rate. Just something to keep in mind for next time you're there.

I kind of forgot how much I love watching the men's soccer team play. I'm excited for their season to start in May. Even though Britton will be leaving every other weekend to go to California :(

One Year!!

On March 19,2010 I accomplished something I had never done before. I dated someone for one whole year. Not like kind of hung out and hooked up for one year. But legitimately, full on, exclusively dated for one year. Britton and I have had so much fun together over the past year and I'm so glad that for some reason he's under the impression that I'm a good person to fall in love with. Haha. But seriously he makes me so happy and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to spend the last year with.
Unfortunately, Britton was in Colorado for soccer on Friday so we didn't do much to celebrate on the actual day of our first anniversary. But he did surprise me with flowers the night before. We also went Classic Skating the night before because Valentine's Day of 2009, britton and i went Classic Skating with a big group and that's kind of when we started to get to know each other. Anyway here are some of my favorite memories of the past wonderful year:
